Meet with us to discuss your property, desired home size, architectural style, budget, features and overall vision.
2. Floor Plan and Design
We’ll help develop the floor plan and design direction for your home. Our in-house designer helps guide selections and finishes.
3. Detailed Pricing
We develop a detailed cost sheet so you understand how your construction budget is allocated before moving forward.
4. Pre Construction
We coordinate applicable surveys, permits, drainage requirements and other pre-construction items.
5. Construction
Once construction begins, we manage the trades, schedule and construction process while providing regular updates, photos and videos.
6. Final Walkthrough and Warranty
We complete a final walkthrough and punch list before move-in and continue supporting you after construction is complete.
