In-Person Meeting (1-3 Hours)
We begin with an in-person meeting to discuss your specific wants and needs for your new home. This allows us to fully understand your vision and requirements, ensuring we tailor the project to fit your lifestyle. Once we have a clear understanding of your goals, we’ll review our pricing options to align with your budget and desired level of finishes.

Design and Floor Plan (2-4 Weeks)
Next, we’ll collaborate on designing a floor plan that suits your vision. Our in-house designer will work closely with you to finalize the finishes and aesthetics, ensuring every detail matches your preferences.

Cost Sheet - Pricing Out The Build (2-3 Weeks)
After the design phase, we’ll put together a detailed cost sheet. This outlines pricing for each category of the build, allowing for full transparency and understanding of where costs are allocated.

Preliminary Requirements (1-2 Weeks)
Before breaking ground, we’ll handle all preliminary requirements, such as securing permits, developing stormwater drainage plans, and conducting necessary surveys.

Construction Of The Home (4-7 Months)
Once the groundwork is set, construction begins. Throughout the entire build, you’ll receive weekly updates, including progress photos and videos, so you’re always in the loop.

Final Walk Through/Punch List
Upon completion, we’ll walk the house with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. Any minor issues we find will be listed out and promptly addressed before you move in.

Post-Completion Support;
Even after you’ve moved in, our support doesn’t end. For 1 year after completion, we’ll be available to resolve any issues that may arise due to construction related items ensuring your home stays in top condition.
